Solid Concrete Blocks
This is our most affordable and easy to install option and is included in the base price. This is a time proven method but may require releveling over time as the blocks sink into the ground. Not to worry, just call us and we will come out and relevel the shed free of charge.
BETTER
Economy Stone Base
This is our most affordable and easy to install option. Our economy gravel pad features no perimeter or fabric, cutting back on the cost of additional materials and time spent on installation.
BEST
Premium Stone Base
The premium stone base features a 4×6 perimeter that’s the perfect size to accommodate a storage shed. It comes with a Fabric Weed Barrier that prevents weed growth, making maintenance easier. The stone is then plate compacted, eliminating the need for occasional releveling.

SPECIAL SITE PREP
PRESSURE TREATED POSTS
When there is no other option than on a hill, we can install treated posts. In most cases we will pour concrete piers to attach the posts to but in some cases, we will bury the post in the ground with a protective sleeve for frost protection.
CONCRETE PIERS
On larger sheds in some towns in Rhode Island, we are often required to install concrete piers that extend below the frost line (at least 40”). Also, in areas where there is a lot of water run off, these might be a good option.
FLOORING OPTIONS
2x6 Joists w/ Advantech Flooring (INCLUDED)
This is our most affordable and easy to install option but is far superior to most shed floors you will find in the area.
UPGRADE TO THE STRONGEST FLOOR IN THE INDUSTRY
2×8 Tongue and Groove Pressure Treated Flooring
This flooring is the strongest in the industry and can handle loads of about 1000 psi which can handle small vehicles. When installed upon the 4×4 skids and the premium stone base, it will last multiple decades.
